What in the constitution gives the government the right to monopolize the issuing of money?
I know that the government is given power to coin money in the constitution. But it doesn’t say anything about them being the sole issuer of money, or does it? Where does the government get its power from, as per the constitution, to monopolize money.
Well, I’ve read articles before about communities starting to make their own money and the government forbidding it and imprisoning people for it.
Irresponsible federal government spending is out of control and un-Constitutional. The creation of money out of thin air is un-Constitutional. I think it is clear that our government officials have a disease – a sickness. They CANNOT stop spending money. They spend money like they have a big treasure chest of ACTUAL money – but in reality they have NO MONEY – they are simply using their “credit card” and raising their spending limits all the time. They are spending money like an irresponsible, drunk who just got his first credit card and they CANNOT pay off their debt. Very sad indeed. o_O
